Since we didn't want to miss the Christmas goose this year either, we pre-ordered the goose leg and picked it up. Everything was well prepared and tasted great. Both the leg itself and the amount of side dishes were more than enough. Thank you that the Christmas tradition could be maintained this year as well.

Very nice little hotel, despite "CORONA" getting a room with breakfast without any problems.

Picked up three roast beef and a cordon bleu today. On time to the minute. Exactly the right degree of cooking. Still hot and extremely tasty at home. In addition very friendly. I can only recommend it! 👍

Spaetzle-tasted like nothing Sauce-watery Beef-well-done, although medium ordered Wiener Schnitzel - I would almost say it tastes better in the freezer We went to eat there today and were really very negatively surprised. If you order a Wiener Schnitzel with a salad plate for € 18, you get an empty plate with 2 small schnitzels that don't really taste like and a side salad plate next to it. That is just unsatisfactory. A rump steak for € 25 is well-done and tough, plus spaetzle that really doesn't taste like anything and a watery, tasteless sauce. That's just rude. For a child's portion (child is 1.5 years old) to ask for fries with nuggets over € 10 is also borderline in my opinion. After I pointed this out to the waitress, the answer I got was that it couldn't be because other people haven't complained either. The bill was over € 60, so I just expect something different! Will have been the last visit, as even after the friendly tip there was no apology or the like

I've only eaten at the Lion so far, I think. I come to this restaurant mainly for the french fries with gravy, which you can conveniently get for a small price right in the back of the kitchen. The worst food I have ever got served !!!!! Just horrible 🤮 !!!!! Not only that everything was extremely bland and absolutely not flavored no because you ordered for example. A veal steak fried in butter and what do you get ☝️ A piece I think cooked kalbstafelspiz the in floating a liter of sauce swims !!!! This actually borders on subordination and testifies to the incompetence of the cook and suggests that this is not even in possession of a journeyman letter !!!!!! Conclusion: In no case recommendable !!!!!!!!

Great small hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. Over the past 10 years, stayed 4 times - everything is fine. You can stop with the dogs.

Hello ! I am here to eat often. Mostly after a visit to the thermal bath. The food is very good and rich. The waiters are also very friendly and attentive. There is a gardening and a palm garden. I am very happy here and feel very well looked after here.

Particularly delightful in this restaurant are the nice, warm and very dedicated waitresses. They try to fulfill all wishes. The home-style cooking is ok. The price level is ambitious in terms of the quality of the food. It is nice that you can pay here with cards.

The hotel rooms are getting old. Price performance OK. But I give the restaurant five stars because I have not eaten as well for a long time as here. I did not use the hotel, but the restaurant is amazing. It does not look great, the service has problem with English, but the cuisine is sensational! The best swabian food I have ever tasted. Do not hesitate to visit!

Positive: the staff is very friendly, the food is good and the rooms are clean. Cons: Furniture is pretty shabby, TV reception is poor and the internet is very slow.
